“I have been practicing Pilates with Yassamin for 4 years. I came to it because I had chronic pain in my feet and one hip. I had tried a myriad of avenues to solve this over the years with no success until I met Yassamin.

I go to the gym at least three times a week and have a strong body but I now know that my body was not balanced and evenly strong. I stuck with weight training where I felt safe but was not keen to try any other exercises.
